- Account Information: When you purchase our tracker, an account is created using your email address to manage your secure access and send automated transactional billing reminders.
- Financial Statements & Debt Data: Document uploads (PDFs, JPEGs, PNGs) are processed strictly to extract debt balances, minimum payments, and due dates. This data is used solely to generate your custom budget payoff timelines and calendars.
- Google User Data (Calendar Integration): If you choose to enable our Google Calendar integration, our app requests permission to interface with your Google account. This access is strictly limited to creating and updating your specific bill due dates directly on your personal calendar. We only write data to your calendar; we do not read, track, alter, or store any of your external, personal calendar events.
2. Data Security & Ultimate Privacy Guardrails
Your financial data is protected under modern, industry-standard, enterprise-grade encryption infrastructure (AES-256 bit encryption):
- Ironclad Data Isolation: All database tables and file storage containers utilize strict Row-Level Security (RLS) policies. Your files are dynamically tied to your unique user ID string.
- Zero Human Review: Document parsing is executed entirely via automated, secure cloud network tokens. No human inbox ever reviews, reads, or stores your financial statements.
- No Data Selling: We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your financial data or Google user information with any third-party marketing networks, advertisers, or outside businesses.
3. Data Retention & Deletion
You retain absolute control over your financial history. If you delete a debt or a statement inside the application, it is immediately and permanently purged from our storage cloud. You can permanently wipe your data from our servers at any time by navigating to the "Danger Zone" at the bottom of your Settings page and executing an account deletion, or you can request a full manual account and data deletion at any time by contacting us directly at support@digitaldesignboutique.com.
