• Your lifetime access tier grants you full access to our automated data extraction pipeline. You agree not to exploit, abuse, or intentionally spam our Vercel AI Gateway parser with broken, corrupted, or non-statement documents.
• You are entirely responsible for maintaining the privacy of your account access credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at support@digitaldesignboutique.com if you detect any unauthorized access to your account profile data rows.

• While we leverage banking-grade AES-256 bit encryption and strict Row-Level Security (RLS) to safeguard your cloud database, we cannot guarantee that the application will be entirely error-free or uninterrupted at all times.
• In no event shall Digital Design Boutique, its owners, or its developers be held legally liable for any financial losses, damages, credit score adjustments, or personal budgetary decisions resulting from the use or inability to use this software tracking platform.
